Laguna Lands and Estate Development Corporation is a real estate developer primarily engaged in transforming raw land into subdivisions. Started in 1991, its initial project was Villa Remedios Subdivision with an area of 30,000 square meters located at Brgy. Halang, Calamba City. In the last seventeen years, Laguna Lands has expanded into other towns like Los Banos, Laguna; Pagsanjan, Laguna and Malolos, Bulacan. It has also ventured into other projects such as tree farming, beach resort and a memorial park in Bicol. To date, the company has developed 10 subdivisions.


Our vision is to become the number one local land developer not only in Calamba but in the whole province of Laguna.


Our misssion is to provide to the middle income families affordable subdivision lots with good facilities and amenities. We also provide continuous employment to our pool of mostly skilled construction workers through continuous development of subdivisions and residential houses.

Marketing for Ayala Land

On the last quarter of 2007, in response to the real-estate boom that the Philippines is currently experiencing, Laguna Lands exponentially increased its portfolio offering by becoming one of Ayala Land's marketing arm. Instead of spreading its resources too thin by developing as much property as it can, this enables us to offer our customers more choices while at the same time maintain the quality of its own projects. As a Broker Associate, Laguna Land now engages in project selling of Ayala Land Inc.'s three subsidiaries: Ayala Land Premier , Alveo Land Corp. and Avida Land Corp..
